I am told of the homeless drop-in centre "Les 4 vents" as if I were still there. This gives me problems. I have had nothing to do with them since early july 2019 and we are in november 2023. They are even closed.
Officially, my children and me have only been there four months : from July 2018 to end of October 2018.

After, we stayed in 2 studios linked to them but we were hosted no more : from end of October 2018 to early July 2019. At that date, we received our exit ticket.

From early July 2019 to early January 2021, they signed me a lease for an apartment belonging to the Prins of Chimay, apartment in a house built in my domain. They told me they had an agreement with the owner. 

After that, we had nothing to do with them apart from saying hello. I have a lease with the Prins of Chimay, Philippe de Riquet de Caraman-Chimay for the same apartment.

So please, don't bother us anymore with their rules. They can't administer our lives and money.

This morning, I went shopping. No way to pay with my bank account though I have enough money in it. I looked at my account with my app, I saw someone has a proxy to my account, someone who I don't even know. I tried to do a transfer of money. No way. I tried to close my account, I received a message telling that I must ask to my legal representative. I have no legal representative and don't want one, and due to my fonction in Russia, I may not have one. I am solely responsible for my actions and speeches. 

I remind you that I am Vice President of Russia and so, my bank accounts cannot be monitored or blocked by the courts or anyone else and I cannot be put under guardianship. Of course, I won’t trust this bank anymore. Just because my husband calls me Katushia doesn’t mean my name is Catherine. My first name is well Martine in Belgium and Tina in Russia. Some call their wife "darling" or "honey", mine calls me Katushia due to a song.
He and I have been stopping at Nivelles station for years during our official trips.
I heard news presaging that the third world war arrives upon us and we are in Nivelles station again. Normally, for another month. We'll have all hard times, not only because of the conflicts but we risk to be out of petrole and so of essence in Europe. Not to mention the gas.

And here we go again ! The Hamas launched 5000 rockets against Israel from Gaza. The country has been declared in a state of war by the First Minister Binyamin Netanyahu. When I was a kid, I lived in Israel some times. We experienced the attacks of the Palestinians in our houses. Today, I am of all my heart with people of Israel. In our world, we can not accept terrorism of all sorts. Of course, these attacks will lead to responses. The Hamas has no brain, I think. It's always the same scenario. They attack Israel and after they complain like victims.

That bad news brings other bad news. The third world war is nearly at our doors. I hope the Heads of state will think of their acts, I ask for peace for everyone but the mechanism is launched. And once launched, it's difficult to come back. I announce to you that I was chosen by the russian Council to be the doctor sent in Belgium by Russia during the third world war. I hope It won't be soon.

When I was a kid, I sometimes went to John’s house in USA. He had a friend, Jim. That guy was always full of adventures : his peanut plantations etc, a real picture book. He told his name but I was a kid, my mum just died and so I didn’t hold it. He even played in a series ! At a certain moment, I stopped to go to John's house and so, I stopped to see Jim but I watched the series everyday. One day, they announced his death. I was so sad. Later, adult, I read the biography of someone and I realize he was still alive. I am late but at that time too because I was the youngest.

After my smartphone, my identity card. Today, I tried to resolve the problem of my phone. So I went to a mobile phone store. They asked me my identity card. I gave it to them. Then, they told me it was reported as stolen. Wouah ! I have it in my pocket. I didn't loose it and it wasn’t stolen from me.
Tomorrow : direction to the Commune.
Back to my smartphone. I receive invoice after invoice to such an extent that I no longer know what I have to pay : an invoice, after a credit note that becomes an invoice after. I have again Internet mobile but I don't know about the other services.

A month and a half that I've been out of my appartment by thieves.  They broke all, even the stairs. They stole my Personal property. I have no more essential oils, even tea tree and camomile. It will take months before I can return in my appartment.

The life of the homeless is full of unexpected events. I am obliged to refuse 3, 4 times what people want to give me (sometimes by force.) I am surprised. I don't make the rounds, I don't ask for anything and I even earn some money that allows me to buy some food. But people persist in trying to force me to accept donations though I CAN'T. Between us, no trace of my pension. 

I am fine, tired due to short nights but really fine. Of course I miss my children even if I see them regularly. I can't have them near me.
It's not the place to tell it, he won't see my blog. Ok, I know he is obliged due to an accord between Belgium and Russia to accept the deal, but thank you to the station master. Each time Vladimir and me have a problem in Nivelles, he helps us. On the other hand, each times, we are chased away by a man with an agressive dog, always the same man. From one time to another he doesn't change. He wears a costume with "Securail" on it but not the same the agents Securail actually wear, at a certain point that he is called Securail.

The other day, I met a German. He asked me for help but it was for his mail and so, I couldn't, by discretion. I could have been charged of espionage due to my function in Russia. I am maybe pessimist but it makes me think about the next third world war. I began to think that where I sleep, It would make a good infirmary and a good shelter for people. Too bad they stole my padlock cupboard, the one I putted my essential oils in. I still have the key. It could be used for medicine and food reserve.

Some reproach me for not offering my condolences about the death of Prigogine. 
1) We are not sure about his death. I think, for myself, it’s a trick to escape Russian justice regarding huge unpaid taxes.

2) He is not close to my husband Vladimir Putin. His group Wagner fights against Russia and seems to be led by USA while doing believe the contrary. He was close to someone who was fired from the FSB for actions against Russia and his fight for Crimea.

I take advantage of this post to ask again the fake Vladimir Putin not to do anything on behalf of Russia. He is nothing in Russia. The Vladimir Putin we can see in the press is a fake. He deserves jail. All he does is null and void.
Vladimir Putin has not appeared in public since 2017. I represent him.

News from me. I am still out of my appartment, litterally in the street but I can keep my adress. Don't write to me, the bailiffs ripped my letterbox. I am fine, tired but fine. 

On Wednesday and Thursday, I slept on my domain, the domain of the demons but I was expulsed by the police. A neighbour called them. I was nearly attacked by his dog. It's my domain but I even can be there for them. I wanted to put a tent there. We'll see.
On the other hand, I saw during my visit that someone is taking this domain not for mine but for his, hers. Someone planted trees and putted a closure. I had the attention to organize gardens to rent there. We'll see.

Conclusion for everyone, take care if you receive justice papers by NIWALEX. I pay for a trial of someone else having my name in the past. I have no debt toward the applicant of the trial but they expulsed me and took all my good and even the appartment. So take care of NIWALEX.

We actually receive false summons to Court, and after false feats of justice and even false expulsion letters. They comes from a bailiff’s office but the trials are led by a false proprior and are judged by the wrong judge, even deceased.
Of course, they come from thieves. With the help of a locksmith, thieves come to take your furniture and you believe that this is a seizure. In the false expulsion letters, they even ask the keys. They steal appartments and houses.
I received some of such letters. I answered them. Of course, the crooks have trials with Russia for that but I am afraid for my furniture.

Well, only to be in my house without the permission from one of the tenants is punishable by 5 to 6 years of prison.
To break into my appartment without my permission too. The theft of furniture or other is further punishable. In my case, I had no trial and so it would be theft. Let's see theft with effraction : 5 to 6 years of prison too.

So, citizens of nivelles, don't be fooled and file a complaint if you are stolen using false trials.

14/4/2023 I'd like to warn you again because we are never too warned against certain things. Celine Dion is sentenced to life imprisonment by Russia. That's why she is forbidden in Belgium and in some other countries. Russia asked to Belgium her extradition but it was refused and she was forced out Belgium. But she still comes. Why is she sentenced to life imprisonment ? For serial murders of young people. She attracts young people and kill them. All that with the complicity of our schools. Shame on the parents who leave their children to her. Usually, the schools act on young people and wait for their majority, so the parents can't do nothing except to convince them not to go or cry. She is also sentenced for kidnappings. For more than one year, her alleged accomplice, a young that she convinced, has been interrogated by the Russian Court. He is accused to cut the corpses and maybe to kill the youngs with her, and to leave the pieces around the Kremlin museum. He confessed outside the Court and even other crimes, including an assassination attempt on my husband and me. I hope he will be sentenced like her.

To the users of the path in front of the tannery of Nivelles.

Remember that it's a private domain. If you find a paper stuck on a door, please leave it on. The proprior of that house, Philippe de Riquet of Caraman-Chimay, asked that we stick it again.

Another thing, to enter in a house without permission is prohibited by law. It's a breaking in. I found the paper stuck on the door of my apartment. So, someone came in and came up to my floor without authorization. 

The maximum penalty for a breaking in is 5 years of prison and 75000 euros of mulct multiplied by the additional decimals (in 2023 : 8). Don't think you are protected. Such crimes are cannonballs for people in high places. We can't protect such crimes.

Nivelles tannery estate, called "Realm of Demons"
Yesterday, I found trash cans fixed at the entrance of our domain. I remember that it is a private domain belonging to Vladimir Putin, Patrick Bruel, Mark Zückerberg, Stéphane Benguigui (Patrick Bruel Benguigui) and me, Martine Dessénius (birth name : Tina Tchernenko). No one but us can do works in it. It is extended from the Ravel to well after the ponds. According to an agreement, the princely family of Chimay (Riquet de Caraman-Chimay) can build on it with our authorisation for each construction. All the constructions built in our domain belong to them, except one small shelter with a source.
The FSB administers it. I ask a trial for the trash cans. In the future, there will be trash cans but not there. In the gardens.
The ones just fixed, I don't know who will take care of them. It's a private domain and so, municipal workers do not pass there.

Strange how events fit together. You are spoken about some catastrophic events in 2012, 2013 as if they were happening then, you no longer pay attention to the chat during years or you panic that this happens, and in 2023, they unfortunately happen. 

I call it conspiracy. I am against conspiracy. Though I sit in the russian Council, though I must sometimes discuss about future, I am against the fact of causing events. I let it to the Rockefeller movement. They even fabricated history and proofs of pseudo-past. They even lie about the big bang and our solar system.

Shame on them. We need all to know the real truth about us. I putted some pieces about it in my old blocked Facebook.

One day that I told to my youngest son that maybe, the earth was not a sphere but a plate, he nearly said I was a fool. "There are proofs the earth is a sphere." But in fact, no. In the same way, maybe Andromeda already merged with the Milky way and that we are in what I call the Androlactée. Maybe, it is for that reason that mormons fought against demons in Nivelles, in my domain. And so, me who lengthened the David's project and its foolish inventions, I accuse its members. Humen first come from demons but it is the fault of the David's project. That project destroyed their world and so, they had no choice but to come in our galaxy and they created all. I can't signalize the article of "Le Monde"  that speaks about that info in my Google flow. So, I put it here. I deny an arrest warrant of the International Court of Justice against my husband Vladimir Putin. I ask a trial against the journalist who wrote the article. 

On the other hand, there is a trial against a cosplay for a lot of misactions, included signatures, interviews etc.

I remember there is nothing in Ukraine due to Russia but stagings of journalists. I remember too that we can't arrest a head of state for the charge of his function. A country can receive sanctions but not persons.

The ex-"4 vents" go on their sabotage. They have been closed since 2022 but they act as if they still exist and as if the tannery belongs to them. They even have the key of the front door.  Again, they cutted off my water for nothing. They imagined a water leakage in my appartment (I don't know who told that to them. Long live to people who take care of the business of others niark niark niark.) They nearly forced my door. So, we quarelled. Result : they cutted off my water again. Of course, there was no water leakage in my appartment and in fact, they are not concerned. I have a lease 3/6/9 with the proprior. In 2023, I have no more relation with them. At the beginning I lived here, I went by them to pay my rent. But now, no more. They went bankrupt a year ago. I wonder what they are still doing here. They are lucky I am not the proprior of the house but only of the terrain. They would have a trial. I feel like I'm in front of kids. They act as if they were foolish. They understand nothing.
 
Thanks to them, now, I know there are 2 valves at the water meters and I got to know my new neighbor. I swear to you : he is not the famous Serge, cosplay of Patrick Bruel. Don't believe this last one anymore. They cutted off both valves.

Decidedly, journalists keep going lying. Contrary to what the press says, Vladimir Putin didn't make a speech at the russian radio about Ukraine and the intervention of Europe.
For myself, I agree with the article I read. I think that Europe shouldn't take care of Ukraine and Russia. They just envenom the situation. What happens now is that there is no conflict in Ukraine and that Russia proposed to Ukraine a few days ago to become independent.

Ah those journalists, always the word for laughs. The end of the New start treaty voted at the Douma, can we read today in the press. Ah ah ah. The end in February 2019 of the treaty USA-Russia about the medium range missiles had automatically put an end at the New Star treaty. It was signed for 10 years and so, was not renewed. No need of a vote at the Douma. It has been ended since 2021.

At the same time, I point out that Vladimir Putin didn't make a speech yesterday. Please, journalists, don't slander him.

I just read the news. I read about the coming of Volodymyr Zelensky at the European Parliament. We, at the Russian Council, weren't aware of that fact. I see that Mr Zelensky doesn't even respect the rules of the Russian Constitution. For him to speak about Ukraine at the European Parliament, he needed the double authorization of the Russian Council : on the fact to speak in public and on the content. He didn't even ask anything to us. 
I also note that he spreads false infos about Ukraine and Russia. There is no invasion of Ukraine by Russia. We only had cholera epidemy and stagings by journalists. I know that Mr Zelensky is an actor, that he likes to play roles but in politics, we must be true. In Russia, we can't lie. My first blame in 1984 when I joined KGB was due to a little lie to have a bigger appartment. I give him 3 blames for his today speech.
I remember him that the cosplays of Vladimir Putin are not him and that In Russia, only the Council could authorize him to make his speech, not our president and certainly not a journalist or a cosplay.
I read in the article of "Lesoir" that the negociations about the adhesion of Ukraine to the UE will begin soon. I remember to all that Ukraine is not a state but a part of Russia that must obey to our laws. For a so adhesion, Ukraine must become independent. As we already discussed in the Russian Council, if things continue in that direction, I still agree that Russia lets go Ukraine but with all the repercussions for their economy, health etc We wouldn't take care about them anymore.
Mr Zelensky spoke about the havy armement given to Ukraine. It can't be now until Ukraine becomes independent. We won't let that armement come in our land

I was said that some were doing stings for a russian project in the Golan. Don't get rolled. The russian project in the Golan was one of my humanitarian projects and was ended in 2019 due to mistrust between the different participating countries. It has never restarted since 2019.
So, be carefull if you think to partipate to my ancient project. You are bilked.
Too bad. It was a nice project but it was stopped at the beginning.

Decidedly those time portals are a problem. Not only we meet people come from the past. But it's a problem for our letter boxes. Imagine a rented appartment. If you don't change the letter box at each occupant, the past one and the next one can take the courrier of the actual occupant. And him too, he could take the courrier of the past and the next occupant. That's why I bought a new letter box. I found in the old one something that couldn't go over the slot. So, someone opened it with a key to put it in. I hope that person never took my courrier but I think so.
